If you are concerned about someone knowing you have visited
this site
You can alter the history of your web browser. However please note that
this is not a failsafe way of making sure that no-one else knows
that you have visited these pages. Also, it is better to delete
specific sites from you history list rather than all the sites as
a completely empty list can be incriminating. You might find
it easier to use a web cafe, library or a friend's house. If
you use email make sure that the password you use cannot be guessed
by your abuser.
Internet Explorer Look on the toolbar, there should
be a button called History. If you click on this the history
list should appear. You can now delete the history logs of
whichever sites you want.
Netscape Navigator Look in the menu bar at the top
of the browser and go to Communicator and the Tools and then History
(short cut is Control & H) you can now delete the history logs
of whichever sites you want.
