Repair Policy

1. Any computers/equipment in for repair must be collected within 28 day(s) of initial contact, if otherwise arranged for longer period in advance. After 28 day(s) of initial contact you do not collect, we have the right to either;

(a) Sell your computer/equipment to recoup any losses.
(b) Scrap your computer/equipment.

We will try to make contact 21 day(s) before to remind you.

2. All repairs carried out include a £15 labour charge.

3. All prices we give are based on "quotes" and can alter. We will always keep you informed of any price alterations.

4. We cannot be held responible for any loss of data while your computer is in for repair. It is up to you, the customer, to make sure all sensitive and personal information is backed up before you bring it in to us for repair.
