Call-out Policy:

 A weekday call-out fee of £30 applies to all call-outs between Monday to Friday. A weekend call-out fee of £50 applies to all call-outs Saturday to Sunday.

An additional labour charge of £15 is required for any work we carry out. All prices are charged per job, not hourly.

If we cannot resolve the problem onsite, the call-out fee is still chargable.
