Askew
Cycles - This bike shop kindly helped us out with the prizes
for Kendal Trailquest and have also agreed to do the same for the
Winter Series and the future. All the lads at the shop are very keen
Time Trial participants and Matt is also big into mountain biking. They
sell road bikes, MTB's and kiddies bikes, every accessory going, lots
of clothing and bike spares. There is also have a good maintanence shop
where they will undertake any job.

Romney's Mint Cake - Everyone who took part in
the Kendal Trailquest 1.8.04 was given a free bar of the local
speciality kindly provided by Romney's. There are actually 3 makers of
Mint Cake in Kendal but Romney's is the original and the best. Famously
carried on expeditions up Everest and often considered as emergency
rations on any epic trip, Kendal Mint Cake is recognised worldwide.

James
Cropper PLC - Well, what can I say... without whom it would not
all be possible. As well as giving us some nice paper for the TQ
flyers, this is where we all work and consequently where the funds for
the nice bikes comes from. Checkout the mill shop at Burneside for a
wide variety of paper that you never imagined existed.
