The Mole Valley Group AGM will take place at 2:30pm on Saturday 14th November at Saint Andrew’s Church Hall, Box Hill (GR 196515), preceded by a ploughman’s lunch (cost £4.50 per person). As usual, morning walks will be organised starting at 10:00 am. Lunch will be served at 1:00 pm and will be followed by the AGM at 2:30 pm. Tea and cakes will be served after the AGM. Members will receive a lunch booking form with their written programme. Those who just wish to attend the AGM will be very welcome to do so.

The Mole Valley Group Christmas Lunch is being organised this year by Cilla Barnes to take place at the Red Lion PH in Betchworth after a morning walk. Members will receive a lunch booking form with their written programme.
The 2010 New Year’s Lunch will be on Saturday, 16th January, 2010 and is being organised by Mary Fox to take place at the Barley Mow PH, West Horsley. Members will receive more information and a lunch booking form with their written programme.
This is to be held at the All Saints Church Hall, Sanderstead. CR2 9AB. Croydon group are hosting the event and will be leading two walks in the morning starting at 10:30 am. Lunch will be provided. Full details to be published in the South East Walker.
Chris Cheverst begins this 78 mile walk encircling London mainly through parks, woodlands and nature reserves. All sections of this walk will use public transport. For this first stage you are advised to either meet at Ashtead Station at 09:00 am or to make your own way to Woolwich Arsenal Station to arrive by 10:35 am. Chris proposes to purchase a group travel ticket for those meeting at Ashtead so please wait until he arrives to ascertain numbers.
Next year's Annual Dinner will mark the 30th Anniversary of the Mole Valley Group. It will take place at Tyrrells Wood Golf Club, The Drive, Leatherhead, KT22 8QP. Members will receive full details with their next written programme.
