A digital painting of my friend Vicky. Done in Photoshop from reference. The original photo was used to sketch a very basic outline for the face and features were then tweaked to be more in fitting with the stylised look I wanted to achieve. ( You can see the reference photo HERE )

Concept image of 'Rinceworld', from Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels produced in pencil and Photoshop. The Discworld images shown on this site were produced as part of my 'Creative Portfolio Development' module whilst on the MA course. I chose to produce these character concepts based on my knowledge of the books and tried as far as possible to ignore the past works by artists Josh Kirby and Paul Kidby.
