VINYL PLASTIC CONDOMS

These condoms are different than the latex rubber ones in several important ways:

1. They're much thinner so most men feel more sensation including temperature.

2. They have a looser fit and are more comfortable for some men.

3. The polyurethane plastic may be more likely to break than rubber.

4. Oil based lubricants can damage rubber condoms but don't harm the plastic ones.

5. Rubber breaks down over a period of time especially if it's carried in a wallet. Plastic condoms are more stable and will last longer.

6. People who are allergic to latex can use the plastic condoms without any problem.

7. The protection from pregnancy might be less for the plastic ones since they're slightly more likely to break.

8. The protection from pregnancy might be more for the plastic ones. This would occur if the male likes them better (or dislikes them less). Then they're more likely to be used.

9. Protection from sexually transmitted diseases is probably the same for both types of condoms.

10. The plastic condoms are about twice the price of the latex ones.
