This is an emotional exercise. It is exactly the same as Level 3 with the addition of emotion. Don't just say "I'm angry." Say it or shout it in an angry tone. Like the previous levels this one can be done quickly or you can take your time. Accept whichever is right for you.
Make sure you do every state without judging or evaluating or trying to figure them out. Do this exercise completely before moving on to Level Five.
