The Club was formed in 1979 because a local social worker saw the need for a Club that provided social activities for people of working age with all degrees of physical disability

A Committee was formed and a constitution drawn up and twenty seven years later we are still going strong with some founder members actively involved today.

We are a self help community group with funds raised to run the Club by our own efforts. We are a non profit concern and all monies raised enable us to provide a service to our members.

We have our own adapted vehicle and can provide transport to those members who would find it difficult to attend meetings and trips,
