A meeting of interested people was called, a Committee was formed and a constitution drawn up and thirty years later we are still going strong with two of our four founder members actively involved in the day to day running of our club.

We are a self help non profit making concern and all monies raised by us plus donations enable us to provide twice monthly social afternoons, evening functions and a monthly outing from April to November...

We also run and maintain our own two adapted wheelchair accessible vehicles for provision of transport so that those members that are unable to use public transport can attend our meetings and functions.
