In
2008
Mornington was approached to become an official endorsee of P. Mauriat
saxophones in the U.K. and has enjoyed a fruitful relationship with the
company ever since.

Mauriat are a relatively young brand, but are
dedicated to quality, tradition and innovation. They have enjoyed
spectacular success in the U.K. in the last two years, with their broad
range of instruments, from vintage, or unlacquered traditional models,
to adventurous, hi-tech new designs. They have an unparalleled
customer service, and are always seeking to improve on every level.
Mornington is
currently playing a Mauriat PMXT66R, vintage lacquer,
rolled tone hole tenor, augmented with the new 'Magnum' nickel silver
neck. He also has a 500BX Black Pearl, nickel silver tenor and two
sopranos, a saxello model PMSS601DK, and a PMSS76 System 76 Second
Edition.
NEWS! May 2010:
Mornington has just received a new 67RUL unlacquered, rolled tone hole
alto saxophone, completing his arsenal of P.Mauriat instruments, at
least for the time being!
