These are just a few pictures taken on Sunday 19th December when I took part in the record breakers' attempt at getting the largest number of Santa's on bikes at Rockingham race circuit in Northamptonshire. The record was held by Portugal standing at almost 5,500. Their aim was to get up to 10,000 for the UK record attempt. This was also being done to raise money for a charity called Antics, who help children who have been effected by cancer (either suffering from it themselves, or who have family who have died from it).
Sadly, the word on the day was that we had come nowhere near breaking the record. the unofficial count was approximately 2,500. It was a shame the record didn't get broken, but it was a fun and interesting experience all the same. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
