Eating

Start your day with a copious continental breakfast of fresh bread and

croissants, a selection of fruit juices, cereals, Greek and fruit yogurts,

fresh fruit and a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

Evening meals at Le Moulin are always home-cooked with fresh local produce. Bread and simple ‘vin ordinaire’ are provided in the cost of the meal – no visitor should leave without having sampled some of our own excellent, local wines! After your meal, enjoy some good coffee or a herbal infusion.

The three-course menu is on display on the board at breakfast time, so that guests can decide whether they want to eat in.

Our menus are an eclectic mix of international cuisines, determined by the available in-season ingredients that are of a high quality, and by our fancy that day! Vegetarians are also well catered for. If you have any special dietary needs, let us know in advance of your stay and we will do our best to accommodate them.

There is a wide selection of restaurants of different styles to be found locally, and we are always happy to recommend and to have a table reserved for you. Bordelais specialities can be sampled on a traditional ‘Gabare’ as you float down the Garonne.
