Practising Different Functions on a Spreadsheet
A FUNCTION is like a formula in that it will work out A calculation for you
This spreadsheet uses the functions that you have practised up until now.
INSTRUCTIONS
Click Here with the Right Hand Button and select Save Target As
Save the spreadsheet in to your Yr 9 ICT folder and then open it
Name Cells B19 B20 and
B21 (I suggest "pricecodea", "pricecodeb" and "pricecodec")
You have to work out what function or formula needs to go in the following cells...
B14 C14 D14
B25 B26 B27
Rows 31 to 33 need some functions putting in to the blank cells
The bottom table needs to have some formulae and functions putting in to calculate Showtime's yearly income
Now you need to show the monthly rental numbers for each DVD catagory on a graph and display them on the appropriate sheet in the work book
You have been seeing how a spreadsheet can be used to help organise and run Showtime Video Rentals
