up a House Database
Now that you have set up two tables you have to make the type
of house field on the houses table look up the values in the house type table.
Instructions to make the Look Up field

Click the house table with the right hand button and open it in
design view.

Select the look up option from the data type column on the "type
of house" field

You then need to click next on the wizard when it comes on the
screen. Leave the setting as it is.

Select the house type table in the next window and then click
next

Select the house type field and press the > button to move it to
the right hand window before pressing next.

Put type of house in ascending order on the next stage

Click next if the column looks OK

Click finish in the next window to set up the lookup field.
You can now set up a form that will be linked to the house
table...
This form will be easier to enter details in to the house table.
