Estate Agent's Topic - Setting up a House Database

You are now ready to set up a form that can be used for entering information on your database

• Click the forms tab on the database objects window
• Double click "create form by using the wizard"
• Select the "house table" from the drop down menu
• Click on the >> button to move all the available fields in to the right hand window
• Click "Next"
• Select "Justified" from the next set of options and then click on "Next"
• Choose a colour scheme and then click on "Next"
• Name the form "frmHouses" and then click on "Finish"

When your form comes on to the screen you may have to put it in to design view to change how it looks.

You might not be able to see some of the labels correctly or the form may seem unclear.

Change the form so that it looks how you want it to.

You will have to switch between "design view" and "form view" to see your progress.

You can now use your form to enter some details on to the house database...

Any details that you enter on to a form will be stored in the table that it is linked to.
