Setting up the third table that holds the Method of Payment details
 

The Plough Farm database keeps can have a drop down menu where the bookings table can lookup how people pay them

This small table will have one field that holds details of how payments for people's holidays can be made
 
 

• Open up your Plough Farm database from My Documents
• Double Click on the Create Table in Design View button...
• Set up just one field on this table
• Make this "method of payment" field the primary key field
• Save your table with the name "tblmethodofpayment"
• DO NOT ENTER ANY DATA ON TO YOUR TABLE AT THIS STAGE

1. Information is held in tables on a database
2. A database can have more than one table
3. The Rows in a table are called Records
4. The Columns in a Table are called Fields
