Plough Farm Invoice Instructions
Another name for an invoice is a Bill.
It is a document that a company will use to show what
a customer owes them for.
It is often laid out like a table.
There are certain things that it always contains.
These are:
-
A company Logo
-
The address of the company (i.e. in this case Plough Farm)
-
The date it was issued
-
A space for the name and address of the person who it is
for
-
A clear illustration of what the charges are (Often laid
out in a table)
-
Some instructions as to how it can be paid (cash, cheque,
debit or credit card)
-
A sentence to say when it should be paid by
-
The name of who issued it. (In this case put Mary Johnson,
Accounts Manager)
