Setting up a Bookings Form Linked to the "qrybookings"

This bit is done in three stages.

First you have to set up a bookings form linked to the "qrybookings" query

THEN

You have to modify the form that you create to make it easier to use...

• Open up your database from My Documents if you haven't already done so
• Go in to Forms and click Create Form by using wizard
• When the wizard comes on the window select the "qrybookings" query from the list

• Click the >> button move all the available fields across to the selected fields window on the right.
  
  Then click Next
  
  
• In the next window select that you wish to view the form by "tblbookings" then click Next
• In the next window choose the "Justified" option and click Next
• You can choose a colour scheme in the next window
• Call the form "frmbookings" before clicking Finish

The finished form will now come up on to the screen.

You now have to modify a couple of the fields to make it work how we want it to.
