up a home page for the Holiday Centre
Task: Put a logo or a picture on to your web page...
First of all it is best to save a copy of the picture that you want to put on your webpage in the same folder that your web page is saved in.
So copy and paste a version of your logo in to the Plough Farm Website Folder that you have made.
REMEMBER This: Pictures have to be either GIF files of JPEG files in order to be used on a web page... This is why we exported your Plough Farm Logo as a GIF from Serif Photo Plus when we had designed it...
Step by Step Guide to put a picture on your web page
1 Make sure your Plough Farm Web Page
is loaded in to Microsoft Front Page

Click on the "Inset" menu and choose "Picture"

Choose from file

Find the picture file that you want to put on your page and double click it
Now Save your work again by clicking on the
disc icon
You should now have a page with a background colour, Plough Farm Holiday Centre at the top and your Logo on it... EVEN if they are not where you want them to be at the moment.
