Showtime Membership Card Instructions
 

The Showtime Membership Card task uses the your knowledge of how to edit a photograph using the software Serif Photo Plus
 

You have to design a membership card for either of the people below using Publisher.
 

• First you have to Save the Photo of the person you are going to use.
• Click the Right hand button on the photo and select "save picture as"
• Save it in to your Yr 9 folder in My Documents
• Then Load Serif Photo Plus
• Crop the Photo so that only the Man or Woman's head and shoulders appear (Use "crop" tool)
• Then add some text to the Photo at the bottom that reads SHOWTIME in capitals
• Choose a text colour to stand out against the Photograph
• When you save the photo remember to choose export from the file menu
• Make sure that you save the changed photo as a jpeg type file

You are now ready to put it on to a membership card that you design using Publisher...
