Now see if you can set up a form linked to the query that you have set up to search for the available tickets.

When you set it up choose "Tabular" format rather than "Justified" when you get to that choice using the wizard.

When you have set up that form add a button on the switchboard that links to that form...

HEY - If you can do the above using the knowledge that you have about databases you are getting pretty competent...
