You are now ready to put your logo on to a letterhead and then you are going to compose a letter be sent with tickets to a customer who bought them over the phone or internet.

• You have to design a letterhead using your own logo
• Start with a blank word document and add your logo on to the top of it
• Then put on the correct contact details before deciding how you want it to look
• Save your work with the name "theatre letterhead"

• Click on file and "Save As"
• Save it again with the name "ticket purchase letter"
• Then compose a letter that could be sent out to a customer with the tickets that they have purchased by mail order

The customer is Mrs. Jessica Howarth and her address is 3, Lavender Avenue, Lincoln. LN5 6TP

She has bought 4 tickets to see Romeo and Juliet on Jun 16th of this year at the 7:33pm performance

Dear Mrs. Howarth,

Find enclosed the tickets that you purchased over the internet for the performance of "Romeo and Juliet" on June 16th starting at 7:30pm...

How would you continue?

You could put in things like:

• What time they need to be seated in the auditorium.
• How to order interval drinks at the bar
• Information about parking
• A paragraph advertising the cafe at the theatre
• A section advertising another production
