High over S England continues to weaken and move SE. Milder air is moving
across from Iceland to Norway with a warm front approaching Norway linked to
a low, 996mb, SE Greenland. Pressure remains low in E Mediterranean and SW
of Portugal, 992mb. Strong E winds were blowing from the Balkans through
Italy to Iberia.

Fog persisted in many places but elsewhere it was a sunny and dry day.
There was more cloud in the far N and W as milder Atlantic air moved across.
Sunniest was Guernsey and Aberporth with 7.6 hrs.
