The low centre over France has moved N to S GB, 994mb.  Occlusion lies from
Manchester through the Wash into Germany, with strong E winds on its
northern flank.  Further S, winds have eased.  High, 1032mb, W Greenland
persists.  Low, 984mb, NW Norway  is moving slowly NE.  Low forming E
Atlantic and is expected to move into Biscay.

Cloudy in all places but less cold than recently.  Rain fell in S counties
and the snow further N gradually turned to sleet, rain and drizzle:
