The Refurbished Head
This is the head originally from the
18GD engine (but not original to that engine if you follow!). It is not
converted for unleaded and is just for temporary use until I save a few pennies
towards sorting the gas flowed head from the 18GG engine.


Once clean the valves were lapped back into place and then replaced with the
original double springs. It is not suitable for unleaded fuel, so I'll be using Castrol
Valve Master Plus until the other head is ready.
