Old Receipts

Some of the history of money spent on the B before my purchase includes:

03/10/2002 £200 for leather seats
17/04/2002 £220 for brake master cylinder and new 6V batteries
14/01/2000 £430 for a gas flowed head to be fitted
18/12/1999 £340 for a manifold and SS exhaust and K&N filters
19/12/1998 £140 for a new carpet set
27/07/1998 £107 for a new dizzy
17/03/1997 £250 for a used 4 synch gear box with OD
In 1992 a whopping £2200 was spent, including welding, part respray, clutch, alternator, king pins, batteries rear springs, petrol tank, brakes and tyres. Looking at the old MOT's indicates the car was probably off the road for quite a period around this time.

The last owner also had a garage service the car every year at a standard cost of around £150. Who says old cars cost nothing to keep running!
