Rescue and foster dogs
This is Max, the dog that started my passion for dogs.
He was a friends dog that stayed with us for a while.
This is him with my eldest son.

This is Curly Mo, who I saved from a life on the streets.
He stayed with us until I found him a good and loving forever home.

Sally was next to live with us, she was from the RSPCA.

Then came Ben the love of my life, rescued from bad living
conditions by myself, and who came to be known as Mr Ben.
Here he is as a pup at about 5 months old.

Mr Ben was with us through all my other rescues and
fosters on this page. Like Scruff.

This is Mr Ben with Scruff and her brother Oscar, as you can
see Oscar is about the same size as Ben, a lot bigger than Scruff.
She had a lot of problems but I found her a good home in the end.

Next came Bella a little pup that was not coping with being in kennels,
so I fostered her for a while till she found a home.

Then there was.....................oops that's not a dog!!!!
That's next doors kitten Porsche.

Ralphie's owner was being relocated and couldn't afford
kennels so I fostered him for a while till she got sorted.

Sheeba was living on her own in a house, being left all day
and night to fend for herself, until I stepped in! As you can see
she is very thin due to virtually being starved for over a month.

After all these dogs I finally decided it was time I got myself a second dog
to keep Mr Ben company for life. So we visited the RSPCA again and found
Chip on death row, they said she wasn't fit for rehoming because of her
behaviour. You could see she was very kennel stressed, but I just had to give
her a second chance. Oh how wrong they were! She turned out to be perfect.
She got the name Chip from the fact she was three colours of brown,
dark, milk and white chocolate colour, hence the name Chocolate Chip!

She lived with us happily for many years.

Chip and Ben were the best of friends.
R.I.P. sweet girl.

A few pictures of Mr Ben who loved life to the full and
whom we lost in October 2005 and miss dearly.
Goodnight my sweet little man, sleep tight soul mate,
wait for me at rainbow bridge.
R.I.P. Mr Ben.
