Listed here are a number of card Games notes as in use in the RN

Crib
Cribbage has been played aboard naval ships since at least 1804, when it was recorded as played aboard HMS Culloden. Today there can not be many crew rooms or messdecks in the Navy of the late twentieth century that doesn't have a crib board, usually well polulated with match sticks. Crib boards are generrally made on the ship and not bought and there used to be in the 1960's a lot of pride in the workmanship invested in the object. It seems to be a game that certain people take to their heart and others ignore.
