After much trial and error, not to mention great expense I have standardised on one specific paper/ink
combination for my printer to ensure consistent results.
Ilford manufacture a wide range of photographic papers but the one I have chosen for the vast majority of my prints is
their Smooth Gloss Paper.
Ilford provide ICC profiles for all the more commonly used Inkjet printer. You can download the most suitable profile from their easy to use website and be printing from Photoshop in a matter of minutes. |
