Larnaca is a small bustling coastal town of contrasts with a real old Cyprus appeal unlike a dedicated tourist holiday resort. Down numerous small winding streets are traditional workshops, market squares and bars (where all the old chaps sit and play backgammon). It also has top designer boutiques and a beautiful promenade lined with palm trees, fish restaurants and continental bars. The large Yacht marina has boats which will take you to quiet coves for swimming and barbeques, coastal cruises and even submarine trips to a sunken wreck. It’s also well known for diving tuition and hire.

 

The prices for the Villa and Apartment include being transfered from and to the airport and shown around the property by our English representative who will be on hand to offer any assistance during your stay. This ensures you will relax and enjoy your holiday as soon as you land (Please see prices section for more information)

 

The Apartment is only 10 to 15 minutes leisurely walk from all of this, so if you want to get away from driving, it’s the perfect place as a car isn’t necessary. Many of our guests choose to hire a car for only part of their stay as transfers to and from the airport are included in the price.

 

The Villa is next to the beach on a beautifully landscaped development in a very peaceful location 7kms from Larnaca. Perfect for a quiet romantic break or family beach holiday.


Paleokasto villa is situated in the district of Larnaca, 2 km from the picturesque village of Pervolia.The square is the village focal point which has family run restaurants and tavernas serving traditional Cypriot and English cooking.      
                                                     

The apartment is on the second floor of a four storey block and is serviced by a lift and stairs. The shops, restaurants, sea front, fort and marina are all within easy walking distance.
