The kitchen has an electric halogen cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. It is fully equipped with all cooking utensils plus a kettle and toaster. There is a cool box with blocks provided for the beach.
The
ground floor is open plan with a spacious kitchen and lounge. There is
also a down stairs toilet with washbasin though the utility area where
the washing machine and ironing board lives.

room has been created by a conservatory which has a dining
table, chairs and double bed settee this area is ideal in the cooler
months as it gives the feel of the outdoors, however Solar glass and
heat blinds are fitted to give protection and prevent excess heat build
up in the hotter ones. There is a large opening window and the patio
doors lead to the outdoor area.
