1    The Grand Prix is based on the Senior Men & Senior Women's Harrier League  but includes the 3                      

      championship races  - North Eastern, Northern, National. As Junior Men run as seniors in the Harrier League      

      but separately in the championship races the positions for the men's Grand Prix will be calculated as a              

      percentage of the total runners in their respective races.                                                                                  

2    The counting races will be as per the results table.                                                                                         

3    Points for Men will be allocated as follows:-                                                                                                   

      1st Chester-le-Street athlete in the official Senior Men's race results 20 points, 2nd 18, 3rd 16, 4th 14, 5th 12,          

      6th 10 & then 9, 8, 7, 6 etc            

4    Points for Women will be allocated as follows:-                                                                                               

      1st Chester-le-Street athlete in the official Senior Women's race results 20 points, 2nd 18, 3rd 16, 4th 14, 5th 12,     

      6th 10 & then 9, 8, 7, 6 etc    

5    The male and female athlete with the highest number of points at the end of the season will become the Senior         

      Men's or  Women's Grand Prix Champion.
