BEER FESTIVAL 2008

  Thursday 3th April to Saturday 5th April 2008.

This was a joint venture with
 The Rotary Club of Golborne Lightshaw


It was held at Newton Sports Club,
Crow Lane East, Newton-le-Willows.

  
Over 50 Real Ales.

50 casks of "Real Ale" were set up and carefully prepared
at the right temperature so that the beer was in as near
perfect condition.  Another bar serving Cider, Wines 
and Bottled Lagers proved extremely popular as did
the FREE soft drinks for those selfless souls who were
designated drivers.
The generosity of our three Major sponsors, Tisdalls,
Eavesway and A Frame plus more than 60 other sponsors
made the whole thing possible.
