Risa was a mercenary and now trains young Peacekeepers. She is cool and unwavering as a commander, and cares alot about her girls. She is sometimes short tempered with personal issues, and is prone to being reckless on occasion regarding decisions. She makes an excillent leader. Her main irritation seems to be Yuri, whose attempts to wind her up often succeed, but at the same time she also quite likes her.
