BENSON - CRANSBERE BENZ
Fawn and white dog - born 16 December 1980

Bought at 14 weeks old because he had been
returned to the breeder by his original owner; he was always a boisterous strong
willed dog who didn't take well to obeying commands. He was shown twice
whilst a puppy, the first time taking two first prizes at the Sutton Dog Show
Open Show (1981) and was featured in two Epsom Local papers (Guardian and
Advertiser).
In 1995 he won the Golden Oldies award at the Southern Counties Bearded Collie Clubs' Strawberry Tea.

Benson loved to play in water - in fact keeping him out of any puddle or river was very hard work!

But he polished up OK afterwards |
One of his friends was our black half siamese cat - Pepper.
