Amy Harper

Amy has been performing since the age of 4, when she won the title 'UK Star Toddler'. A member of TOSINI, she has been vocally trained by Marie O'Sullivan and has received her DipLCM in musical theatre.

She joined the Ulster in 2007 to play Laurey in Oklahoma!, and the following year she played Maria in West Side Story, when we returned to the Grand Opera House for the first time in 30 years.

Amy achieved distinction in her Grade 6 classical singing, LAMDA Gold Medal (acting), LAMDA Gold Medal (verse & prose), and Grade 6 tap, modern and ballet.

She has had the privilege of working with Mary King on many occasions and has also attended workshops with Mary Hammond and Maureen Scott.

Performance credits include Peggy Sawyer (42nd Street), Laurey (Oklahoma!), Ado Annie (Oklahoma!), Esmerelda (Hunchback of Notre Dame), Cinderella (Cinderella), soloist (John Anderson's Voices of Ireland, Hillsborough Castle, Stormont, Waterfront Hall and Opera in the Park).
