2nd September (Sunday) - Brown Hairstreak open day - Grafton Wood
Meet 11:00 am at Three Parishes Hall, Grafton Flyford (next to the
church). Just off the A422 Worcester to Stratford road.
Guided walks to search for adult Brown Hairstreaks. Refreshments in Village
Hall afterwards.
11th September (Tuesday) - Wormwood Shark moth caterpillar hunt.
Recording day for the National Macro-moth Recording Scheme.
10am to 4pm at sites in the Walsall area of the West Midlands. This very rare
moth is found on brownfield sites in the Black Country. Training will be given
on how to find the larvae.
