Below are the strip cartoons and colour portraits for that Internationally reknown football Fanzine ....
"City Independent" ....written by the fans of Hull City AFC, for the fans of Hull City AFC, with toons drawn by me.
It's a well known fact that the players and management read the fanzine. Phil Brown on seeing issue No 66 by the Editors of the Fanzine, declared "I see you haven't potrayed me as Dopey in this Issue" - and I haven't been sued as yet!
When I was introduced to Phil Brown, (on the Coaching Staff and Admin Xmas 2009 night out in Ye Olde White Harte in Hull), as the guy who drew the cartoons for the CI, his response was......"Why?".....surprisingly never shook my hand...I love him really!!!

I also draw commissioned caricatures, leaving cards from work, special occasions (birthdays, weddings etc), for personal framing or just for wind-ups.
I tend to lean towards the not so polite versions of caricature drawing. A word of caution though - please be aware that the art of caricatures is to
exaggerate or highlight certain 'features' of the subject's face!
After mail contact, I will require a couple of photos of the subject with any added written information to help, i.e interests, habits, or hobbies.
Please supply a SAE (Stamped Addressed Envelope) so that I can return the photos safely.
