IDES starting from the Norwich Outer Ring Road, for members living within the Norwich area, are held every weekend and every other Wednesday. The Tuesday Club provides an informal lunchtime meet for all members in Norfolk.

The West Norfolk Local Group provides for members in an area of Norfolk between King's Lynn and Dereham and up to the coast. We meet on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at venues throughout the area. New members are always welcome. Full details can be found on the runs list.

The Diss Local Group provides for members in the areas of South Norfolk and North Suffolk. They ride every Sunday and Tuesday throughout the year and are keen to welcome new members. On the second Tuesday of each month there is a Club Night from 8-10pm held at the Grasmere Club, Denmark Street, Diss. All will be made very welcome.

The Member Group Clubroom is open at Mile Cross Methodist Church, Norwich, on Wednesdays, fortnightly in winter and monthly in summer.
