If you have got a broadband connection we can set up a Remote Support system to allow us (with your permission) to access and control your computer. This means that many problems can be fixed without the need for a site visit. We can also show you how to solve that computer problem that has been bugging you. We can even offer you real time training courses on your own computer, without the need for a site visit.
