1. All not that ugly templates are linkware. That means they're free to use, but you must retain the link back to this site. If you use my templates as a starting-point to create your own designs that's great, but please ensure we both get proper credit; if you make substantial alterations (e.g. different colours, adding or changing images) you should change the form of the link to something like 'layout by me, based on a not that ugly design'.
  2. Any links to image, brush, or font sources must also be retained, in accordance with the terms of use of those sites
  3. Any direct linking to images on this site is done at your own risk; I can't guarantee their continued (or continuous) availability. At the very least, save a copy to disk.
  4. If your site contains racist, sexist, or homophobic content, please don't use these templates. You wouldn't want to be benefiting from the efforts of a left-wing feminist atheist, now, would you?
  5. To avoid wasting your time and mine, take a look at the portfolio section before requesting a custom template, to get an idea of the kind of stuff I do. I like to think I'm fairly adaptable, but I'm not overly keen on celebrities or anime. Just letting you know in advance.
  6. If you're using a template, please sign the guestbook. This lets me keep track of which designs are the most popular (and which ones aren't), allowing me to improve the site for you.
