The day the shop opened - May 13th 1994 - (closed 17th April 2004) Nova Foresta produced their first title a joint effort between Georgina who wrote, and her former husband Barry Peckham who illustrated, Churches of the New Forest. The following year Georgina set to and produced what was at first a twice a year magazine entitled Nova Foresta Magazine. From the third year this became a quarterly and remained so until the autumn of 2003. The Spring 2004 issue was the last. It contains an interesting selection of poetry, history, news and quotations all with a Forest link. Many articles have shed new light on Forest writers, authors and local personalities.
