ART EXHIBITION
'Just to Show Off'

This exhibition is 'Just to show off' some of the drawings that I have done since my retirement from work in 1987 I started off with graphite pencils because I had difficulty with mixing colours but I found a remedy to this by using pastel pencils. My favourites being Carb Othello. I also use Derwent Soluble pencils. My first drawings were mainly of Lych Gates and Churches because I found their different shape and sizes more interesting to draw but after a bit of practice I went on to landscape using Water-colour and oil. You will see that most of the pictures are architectural and photographic and as hard as I will try I can't get away from this style. I want people to identify where and what it is |
