The soft drinks for the Fete will be delivered to the field on the morning of the Fete. Mr G Bibby will purchase 1 Doz bottle of squash for 14/9d
Mr D Williams has ordered £17.10/- worth of goods from Farmer - Little. Mr D Hurley will collect them. He will also purchase another £10 worth of prizes. With the prizes left from the Cwmbran Carnival we now have £32 worth all together.
St Joseph's club Cwmbran have requested permission to enter Tug O War competition
Mr D Hurley will obtain barrel of beer for the prize of the Tug O War.
Mr M Robbins will arrange for an Ice Cream van to be at the Fete.
Mr D Williams has seen to the insurance for the Carnival day.

Magic Roundabout - Two helpers from GPO. Glyn Walker and George Horton.
Bingo - D Hurley.
Kicking the football - J Saunders.
The barrel races will be run by Mrs J Lewis and Mrs M White.

Sec by Mr J Harris. That Barbecue and dance be held on the Fete field after the Fete, instead of in the Hall. An amendment was proposed by Mrs A Saunders, Sec by Mrs R LLoyd that the dance be left as arranged, that is held at the Hall. After a vote by all committee members the amendment was carried. Mr J Evans the proposed that the dance and barbecue be held later in the year. This was Sec by Mrs A Saunders.
