CHILDREN'S PARTY.
This is to be held on Saturday January 10th. Mr D Williams will purchase gifts for the children allowing 3/- per child. If he is unable to get present he will buy sweets and fruits etc.
The party will commence at 3.0'clock with the tea; the ladies entertainers will entertain the children followed by games and then the arrival of Father Christmas to distribute the gifts.
ANNUAL MARCH 1st DINNER.
This is to held on Saturday March 7th Mrs L Saunders proposed. Sec by Mrs G Bibby that 110 tickets be obtained.
Mr J Harris will approach Mr H Burton for a bar for the evening.
The ladies entertainers will be approached about entertainments.
Raffle tickets will be sold only on the night of dinner.
It was also proposed by Mr D Williams and agreed by all that complimentary tickets be issued to the following people in appreciation of their help during the summer Fete.
Two Post Office workers and wives (Ed's Note. Their names were George and Vi Horton. Glyn and Margaret Walker. )
Mr and Mrs R Willis for the loan of the field.
Councillor Oliver James and wife.
Mr and Mrs J L Collier ( Headmaster of Henllys School ).

ANNUAL DINNER.
The ladies entertainers will be unable to entertain at the dinner as previously arranged owing to the fact that they have no pianist.
Mrs A Saunders to contact Chris Banks agency for a singer and comedian to perform from 9pm to 11pm.
Mrs L Saunders to arrange food for the dinner.
A raffle to be held on the evening of the dinner.Two more complimentary tickets to Mr A Davies
Community Council .
A short speech will be made at the dinner to explain what the committee is doing and hope to be doing in the future.
