The meeting opened with a general discussion on the result of the Annual Dinner.The balance sheet was then presented to the committee showing that after all expenses had been paid a profit on the dinner of £15.13.00d was made.

An amendment was made to this minute by Mr F Banfield and Sec by Mrs R Lloyd stating that the words Walfare Fund be added to Henllys Village Hall.After putting it to the vote the amendment was carried by seven votes to six.

Sec by Mr J Harris. That Mrs Percy Jones, Mrs Hull and A N Other be invited as judges at the Village Hall Fete on the 24th June 1967.
The following contains a list of members responsible for looking after the stalls on the day of the Fete.
1. Hot dogs - Mrs Higgs
2. Kicking the Football - Mr W Lloyd
3. Darts - Mr E Higgs.
4 Rolling a penny - Mr A Samuel.
5 Bingo - Mr G Bibby.
6 Children's sport - Mr D Williams assisted by Mr F Banfield.
After general discussion it was decided that Three Prizes be given for each event in the children's sport.
7 Skittle Alley - Mr J Harris.
8 Local Pony Racing - Mrs J Lewis.This would commence at 5.30pm.
9 Prop by Mr W Lloyd
Sec by Mr F Banfield .That the entrance fee for the Pony Racing would be handed back in prize money.
10. Tug O' War - This would be left until the day of the Fete.
11. Children to bring their own ponies to give rides.This could be organised by Mrs J Lewis.
12 . Bottle Stall - Mrs Roderick.
13. Treasure Hunt - Mrs Langdon.

Sec by Mr F Banfield. That Mrs Saunders write to Mr Tom Richards her brother who in his younger days ran in the Empire Games to ask if he would a judge in the sporting event.
15. Coco-Nut Stall.- A N Other
16. Ladies Ankle Competition.- This would be judged by Mr F Richards during the Dance that would be held in the Hall after the Fete.

Sec by Mr W Lloyd. That we get two loudspeakers to be used on the day of the Fete.The acquirement of which would be left to Mr Banfield.
After general discussion it was decided that Mr Bibby and Mr Lloyd would make enquiries about the price of getting 25 bills drawn up advertising the Fete and Dance.

1. The meeting opened with a discussion on the posters for the Fete. It was decided that they should be left in the hands of Mr W Lloyd.
2. Prop by Mr A Samuel
Sec by Mr J Humphries. That for the Fete Dance Mr Banfield would engage a band for six pounds,also that he would like the band to suggest a name for themselves so that the posters can be printed.
3. Prizes for the Fancy dress (children).

Sec by Mr F Richards .That there would be two classes in this competition.
1st class up to 7 years old.
2nd class over 7 yrs and up to 15yrs
There would be three prizes for each class.

Sec by Mr J Harris. That the entrance fee for the Fete would be 1/- for adults and 6d for children .
5 Prop by Mr J Humphries
Sec by Mr B Griffiths. That Mr F Richards, Mr D Williams and Mrs R Lloyd go to the Warehouse to see about the prizes for the sports
6 It was decided that there would be a charge of 6d for the car park .This was put to the vote and it was carried.
7 Also discussed at this meeting was the Ice-Cream stall and it was decided to pospone it until the next meeting.

Sec by Mr D Williams. That Mrs Harris and Mrs Banfield be in charge of the Pop & Crisp stall.
9.Prop by Mr J Humphries
Sec By Mr D Williams. That Mr J Harris would see about timber to build the stalls.
10.Mr J Davies will be in charge of the Fancy Dress.
