For a little over four years we have operated a community transport project in the Wem to Whitchurch corridor. 

Our main service starts each Friday at Preston Brockhurst and follows a route through Wem town Centre, the hamlets of Ryebank, Padol Green, Poolhead, Hornspike and the villages of Whixall, (Hollinwood), Tilstock,  and into Whitchurch .  When we expand the service this spring we will collect people from Prees, Prees Heath, and also either side of that major road (Heath Road, A41). Whilst in Whitchurch we provide a service for the people of the town visiting on a regular basis sheltered housing complexes and areas of the town away from the scheduled bus routes. This service will soon be available until 6pm. 

We also run  services on Tuesdays into Shrewsbury and on Wednesdays from Whitchurch to Market Drayton. During the rest of the week we are available to take people to other destinations on a demand responsive basis.

We are prepared to consider evening and weekend work by arrangement as well as  transport for non profit clubs and organisations.

We can help with trips to the Doctors or hospital appointments; the shops, providing transport for club and children’s events outings etc.;

Our bus is accessible to all abilities and has a Wheelchair lift, seating for 10 people with walking difficulties, in the main passenger compartment and a further 2 able bodied people in the front with the driver. Our Sociable Car is a black cab and can be booked for journeys involving 4 or fewer people, or for the transport of wheelchairs, walkers, or other equipment or help make your journey in our bus  more comfortable
