I won the auction and collected the bike the next day. Since that date (7^th Oct 2007), I have been attempting to collect information covering date of manufacture, numbers produced, parts lists, owners handbook, hints and tips etc.

Information on these models is very hard to find. I thought it would be helpful to create a resource for the Junior and Ranger models - hence this website. If you know a good source of spares or information concerning these bikes, then why not email me and I will publish any useful data.

Although I have a strong interest in the products of BSA Motorcycles I hadn’t planned on adding a BSA Junior to my collection.

It came about by chance. I was searching through Evilbay for another item, when I came across a BSA Junior up for auction. It was located close to where I live and appeared to be complete but a non-runner. Up until that time the only reference I had ever seen concerning this particular model was a picture in ‘The Illustrated History of BSA Motorcycles’ by Roy Bacon.
