to North West Leicestershire Citizens Advice Bureau.
This bureau, which opened in October 2002 with 4 trained
advisers, has grown from these small beginnings to the current
organisation; which with some 16 advisers offers a comprehensive
range of services.
In 2005 the bureau moved from Coalville Library
to new larger premises on Belvoir Road
Whilst the main office is situated in the heart of Coalville,
we offer services to the whole of North West Leicestershire
District and hold advice sessions at a number of Outreaches
throughout the district.

If you wish to visit us and see an adviser, you can either
telephone in advance or on the day, and book an appointment.(

advice service; contact us by e-mail or visit our website.
You can telephone the general advice line for recorded
information. This service offers answers to a wide range
of frequently asked questions from a menu system and operates
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Money Advice Line specifically offers help and advice
on debts and other monetary difficulties.

advice service is available
for people who live within the district. This takes between
a week and 10 days to answer and we need your special permission
to keep the information you give us on our computer.
